Please note: Processing time refers to how long it takes us to prepare your order for shipping. Shipping time refers to the time it takes for DHL, FedEx, Sendbox, Gig Logistics, or other carriers to deliver your order to your address or local bus station.

3. Responsibility for Lost/Damaged Packages:
Pinky Skyn is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they are with the carrier. We advise you to track your order for real-time updates and contact the carrier directly if you encounter any issues.

4. Import Taxes and Duties:
Pinky Skyn is not responsible for any import taxes or duties that may apply to international orders. Please be aware of your country’s customs regulations when placing international orders.

5. Shipping Address:
